Capturing the Kumbh

Kumbha Mela derives its name from the immortal - Pot of Nectar. The Kumbh Mela is the most important Hindu spiritual gathering, which takes place once every 12 years and is the largest single gathering of humanity on the planet where lakhs come and take a bath in the holy waters. In 2003 when the Kumbh Mela was held at Trimbakeshwar, Nitin spent days photographing the people at Kumbh and their spiritual journey.
